1. Business-to-Business (B2B) Nature
China iPhone Sourcing operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) sourcing consultancy and agency based in Guangzhou, China. We are not an e-commerce retailer. By utilizing our services, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for commercial use, resale, or business purposes.
2. Sourcing Services & Agency Fees
Our role is to act as your representative in the Guangzhou wholesale electronics market. We procure devices according to your specifications from local wholesalers, perform rigorous Quality Control (QC), and arrange international logistics. We charge a transparent agency fee per device or per shipment, rather than marking up the wholesale cost of the devices themselves.
3. Quality Control & Grading
We implement a strict 32-point inspection process. iPhones are graded based on their physical condition and diagnostic results (e.g., using 3uTools and proprietary hardware). While we strive for 100% accuracy in our assessments, minor discrepancies in aesthetic grading can occur due to the subjective nature of used electronics. Any significant functional defects missed by our QC team must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Shipping, Customs, & Import Duties
Clients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance procedures in their destination country. We provide accurate commercial invoices and work with reliable freight forwarders, but we cannot be held liable for delays, seizures, or fees imposed by local customs authorities.
5. Payments & Refunds
Due to the fast-moving nature of the Guangzhou wholesale market, full payment or a substantial deposit is required before we secure inventory on your behalf. Once devices have been purchased from wholesalers and pass our QC, orders cannot be canceled. Refunds or credits are only issued in the event of objectively verified functional defects missed during our inspection process.
